Zooming in on the point (-1.2583585, 0.3821136), using the star colouring scheme.
This shows zooming in on the meeting point of three lines close to (-1.2583585, 0.3821136). Each increment is twice as detailed as the previous. At one point I decrease the 'blob' factor used to colour the stars by a factor of 10, otherwise the fine details would get lost in the halo around the mini-mandelbrot. As we get close to the central point the successive images become very similar. We could continue zooming forever but no new significant new detail would arise. The interesting areas of the set are around the mini mandelbrots, each of which has a family of even smaller ones. Each generation adding complexity to the previous one.
